Gaylord Street Pets
on Parade
is a
fun event that encourages participants to dress up their pets in festive
Halloween costumes. The event, which is in its second year on Old South
Gaylord Street, raises money to help the abused, abandoned, and homeless
animals from New Hope Cattle Dog Rescue. There will be a silent auction and Awards will be given to include Most Original,
Most Outrageous, Best dressed, Scariest , Best Group, Best Float, Funniest
Costumes.
The event produced by Lil’ Angel Pet Boutique &
Gallery, an upscale pet boutique located on Old South Gaylord Street is going
to be a knock-out!
This year’s event will top other related events with proceeds going to the rehoming dogs from New Hope Cattle Dog Rescue. The goal this year is to raise $2,000 for this organization.

Parade check-in is from 2:00pm until 3:30pm at Lil’
Angel Pet Boutique & Gallery located at 1014 South Gaylord Street –just 5
blocks east of Washington Park- The parade officially starts at 4:00pm and ends
at the Tent in front of Lil’ Angel Pet Boutique & Gallery for judging to
occur at 4:30pm. Once all participants have arrived in the tent, Finalists will
be chosen in each category by a panel of vendor judges for Most Original, Most
Outrageous, Best dressed, Scariest , Best Group, Best Float, Funniest Costumes.
Prizes will be given to the top pet in each category.
The event is a dead-ringer for fun with kids of all
ages will parade in costume from 4pm to 8pm with bounce houses, scary music,
food & beverages served and Are you ready for your close-up? Karen Hoglund
Photography will be on-hand as part of our paw-parazzi, snapping candid shots

Participants are encouraged to pre-register by calling
303-777-0224 or purchase tickets directly at Lil’ Angel Pet Boutique &
Gallery. Several hundred dogs and owners will turn out so please help with the
efficiency of check-in by registering prior to the event. The donations for
registration are $15 per pet. Only registered pets and their owners will be
eligible for contests, prizes and give-aways.
